The company’s standard terms and conditions of employment are as follows:-
- Probation period of minimum three months, where employee will be given various assignments to check employee capability.
- Contract period of 2 years continuously, unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Return Economy Air passage every 2 years.
- Leave pay of 30 days for each completed year of service.
- The indemnity at the end of contracted service it will be paid by the Social Insurance Organization.
- The employee will be covered by a health plan with Bahrain Ministry of Health hospitals and medical centers.
- The employee will be covered through company with the General Organization for Social Insurance for any accident on the job.
- Certain Senior grades are given telephone allowance, vehicle for on job use and some are entitled to commissions or incentive schemes.
- All employment contracts abide by the Bahrain Government Labour Law.
